- WE post the job on GoMedJobs.com…and quickly and effectively find candidates to fill the position by utilizing our proven recruitment methods (yes – we use more than just a job board listing).  Our recruiters use existing industry contacts, direct mail, social media, classified ads, other job boards, our extensive resume database, etc. to find candidates that match your job description.  And…we also use the web site that you found us on (GoMedJobs.com) where 1,000’s of medical professionals visit each day.

How Much Does It Really Cost?

- YOU get your job posted and our full recruitment service for “FREE”.

- WE only get paid if you hire a candidate that we present to you.  And, our fee is only 10% of the candidate’s first year salary (this is a huge savings – the industry average is 15-20%).  On top of that, we offer a 30-day guarantee if the candidate we provide is hired by you….but does not work out!  (Please note we do have a simple 2 page contract with the details about our recruitment fees and conditions – this will be emailed to you once you are ready to post a job).
